All staff qualifications and child/staff ratios are in accordance with or better than the guidelines set in the Ministry of Education Regulations. The management of Montessori Educare supports professional development for all team members, and has all team members hold a first aid certificate for the duration of their employment. Ratios at the Service: 1 Staff Member to 6 Children 2 Staff Members to 20 Children 3 Staff Members to 30 Children 4 Staff Members to 40 Children 5 Staff Members to 50 Children Ratios on an Excursion: 1 Staff Member to 3 Children
